LDA1000UV Refrigerant Leak Detector introduces the next generation of automotive leak detection through EMOS sensor technology, enhanced sensitivity, and robust multi-channel signal processing. Designed for professionals, the LDA1000UV improves accuracy, reduces false alarms, and delivers exceptional stability during automotive and HVAC/R diagnostics.
This model includes a proprietary “clip-on” chassis compatible with electronic leak detectors, video borescopes, and extension tools measuring 1/4″ to 3/8″ in diameter. A software-managed rejuvenation cycle runs at startup to maintain peak sensitivity for up to 500 hours of detecting leaks smaller than 0.1 oz per year.
Certified to SAE J2791 for R-134a, SAE J2913 for R-1234yf, and EN 14624 for international automotive compliance, the LDA1000UV provides both visual and audible leak indicators for quick confirmation. With a 50-hour battery life and automatic shutoff, it is built for demanding field use and long service intervals.
